By creating an account or using camrip ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
camrip automatically edits video you provide — syncing angles, cutting to the beat, and producing a vertical reel. You upload footage and optional audio; we process it and return a result.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts are for a single person and must use a valid email you control.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. But you represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights and licenses to your footage and to any music or audio you upload, and that processing it into a reel and using that reel does not infringe anyone's rights (including music copyright, sync/master rights, or third parties' likeness).
You are solely responsible for your content. You grant camrip only the limited, temporary license needed to process, store and deliver your reel to you. You agree to indemnify and hold 50wei/camrip harmless from any claim arising out of your content or your use of the output.
We may remove content or suspend accounts we reasonably believe infringe rights or these Terms, and we respond to valid takedown notices. Send infringement notices to [email protected]. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
Reels are produced using credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits; further credits are purchased through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and may change. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee any particular output quality, uptime, or that a result is fit for a particular use. Automated editing is best-effort.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 50wei/camrip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law and venue: to be specified by 50wei's jurisdiction.
