Delete your account
camrip — a service of 50wei · Last updated 15 September 2026
You can have your camrip account and everything in it erased. You do not need to
ask permission and you do not have to explain why. This page works whether or not you
still have the app installed.
If you still have the app
Open camrip, go to your account and choose Delete my account & data.
It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Write to [email protected] from the email
address the account uses, and ask for it to be deleted. We do it within 30 days and
reply when it is done. Writing from a different address means we cannot tell it is
your account, so we will ask you to confirm from the right one.
What is erased
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Every clip you made, and the takes you uploaded to make them — the files
themselves, not just the records of them.
- Your credit balance, including credits you paid for. They are not refunded and
they cannot be moved to another account.
- Any support correspondence stored with the account.
What stays, and why
- Payment records held by Stripe. Card payments are handled by
Stripe, not by us, and they keep their own records to meet accounting and
anti-fraud obligations. We never had your card details to erase.
- Crash diagnostics. If the mobile app crashed, Google holds the
diagnostic report under its own retention policy. It is never linked to your
account, so there is nothing in it to point back at you.
If you would rather not delete everything
Clips and uploads disappear on their own: what you upload is removed after about
24 hours (about 72 hours if you have ever bought credits), and a finished clip after
about 72 hours. Leaving the account alone empties it without losing your credits.
